To deepen business collaboration in Southeast Asia and strengthen technical exchange and project experience sharing, on August 26–27, a six-member Indonesian technical team from PT MULTISTACK INDONESIA traveled to Hunan to visit and study MULTISTACK Jiefeng magnetic levitation chiller benchmark projects on site and conduct in-depth technical exchanges.

This visit covered two benchmark projects: Hunan Construction Investment Group and World Computing · Changsha Intelligent Valley. The projects respectively use one MVW600F and two MTW1000FH magnetic levitation chillers.
Hunan Construction Investment is a large state-owned enterprise group at the 100-billion-yuan level. Its Jiangong New City Energy Station was designed and constructed by Hunan Provincial Architectural Design Institute, with MULTISTACK Jiefeng providing magnetic levitation centrifugal chillers for energy-saving retrofit. The one MVW600F magnetic levitation chiller visited this time serves the group’s headquarters building and residential area, making it a typical application of MULTISTACK Jiefeng magnetic levitation technology in a large state-owned enterprise headquarters scenario.
World Computing · Changsha Intelligent Valley is a major leading project under Hunan Province’s “Strong Provincial Capital Strategy” and “Digital Empowerment Special Action.” It is located in Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, with a land area of 913 mu and a total gross floor area of 3 million square meters. The park focuses on four core elements: computing power, algorithms, computing data, and computing applications. It has attracted more than 200 enterprises, including the Peking University Research Institute, Huawei, and Sugon. Two MTW1000FH magnetic levitation chillers serve the park’s headquarters building and residential area, including the world’s largest single-unit-capacity magnetic levitation ground-source heat pump unit. It is a demonstration project of MULTISTACK Jiefeng magnetic levitation technology empowering a smart low-carbon park.
Both the Hunan Construction Investment and Changsha Intelligent Valley projects are typical demonstration projects for the implementation of MULTISTACK Jiefeng magnetic levitation technology.
The Indonesian team entered the project plant rooms, observed the on-site operating conditions of the magnetic levitation chillers up close, and gained a detailed understanding of the actual equipment installation layout, operating parameters, and O&M management model. MULTISTACK Jiefeng technical personnel shared the core advantages of the units: this model can achieve a high energy-saving rate of 30%–50%, requires no replacement of lubricating oil, bearings, or other wear parts, has extremely low maintenance costs, delivers excellent full-lifecycle cost performance, offers a short investment payback period, and fully maximizes long-term project value.

During the visit, the two sides held thorough discussions on topics including the design of large integrated energy stations, the application of magnetic levitation chillers under tropical high-temperature conditions, pain points in overseas project implementation, and later O&M solutions. Combining Indonesia’s local climate and current project market conditions, the Indonesian team exchanged practical experience with MULTISTACK Jiefeng’s domestic technical team and held lively discussions on issues such as unit adaptation and system optimization.
MULTISTACK Jiefeng has been deeply engaged in oil-free magnetic levitation central air-conditioning technology for many years, has accumulated a large number of mature implemented cases in China, and continues to expand its presence in Southeast Asian overseas markets. This exchange was not only a firsthand on-site learning opportunity for the Indonesian team regarding domestic benchmark projects, but also an efficient collaboration between technical forces at home and abroad.
In the future, MULTISTACK Jiefeng will continue to deliver mature magnetic levitation cooling technology and complete solutions, empower overseas business with domestic project practice experience, and work hand in hand with the Indonesian team to jointly advance the development of the green and energy-saving HVAC market in Southeast Asia.
