I. R&D Engineer of Oil-free Centrifugal Chillers

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and select refrigeration components for oil-free centrifugal chillers;
2. Design chillers, including oil-free centrifugal, screw, scroll, air cooled and water cooled.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in refrigeration, heating & ventilation;
2. Proficiency in refrigeration theories of chillers (both air cooled and water cooled) is imperative;
3. Have more than two years of design experience in oil-free, screw, scroll, air cooled and water cooled chillers;
4. Knowledge of CAXA/CAD/PROE and good at teamwork;
5. Related design experience of non-coded products preferred;
6. Requirements on education background may be relaxed if have rich experience in the same post.

II. Channel Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Find new channel sales agents for chillers, achieve goals and sales targets;
2. Offer service, support and management for customers in assigned area;
3. Collect market information and give advice and feedback on marketing and product strategies;
Job Requirements:
1. At least associate degree;
2. 3 years of experience in air conditioning channel sales and marketing;
3. Dedicate to work and good at teamwork;
4. Excellent business development skills, fit for business trip and customer entertainment; (Sales channel development places: Guangdong, Guangxi, Fujian, Jiangxi and Hu’nan)

III. Electrical Engineer Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
1. Supervisor level, chief technical person-in-charge of electrical engineering;
2. Day-to-day team management;
3. Daily Communication with other associated departments;
4. Product planning, developing and maintenance of chiller control systems;
Job Requirements:
1. At least Bachelor’s degree;
2. Fluent English skills to communicate with technical experts from abroad;
3. Major in electric, automation or related;
4. Proficient in electric automation control wiring;
5. Proficient in SCM, PLC programming and HMI programming;
6. Knowledge of AUTOCAD or CAXA;
7. More than 3 - 4 years of experience in the same post, preferable in the air conditioning factory.

IV. Sales Representatives
Job Responsibilities:
1. Complete sales work of chillers in Guangzhou and the vicinity, achieve sales target, and promote products;
2. Regularly communicate with others, share information of marketing, R&D of new products and new application area, and seek for new market opportunity.
Job Requirements:
1. Guangzhou resident with at least associate degree in refrigeration, heating and ventilation major or marketing major; requirements on education background may be relaxed if have rich experience; healthy, Extrovert, aged 20-35.
2. Proficient in the sales model of central conditioning industry;
3. At least one year of experience in direct selling and channel management in Guangzhou and achieved good sales performance;
4. Good communication and negotiation skills;
5. Enterprising, aggressive, hard-working and good at teamwork.
